The quality of the bathroom is excellent however the customer service leaves a bit to be desired..it took 2 days to get a response for a small issue. After ordering plenty of free bathroom samples, a brochure and god only knows the number of telephone calls asking what may have been silly questions, I finally made my decision making my purchase.
